Opel Blitz were used not only for the transportation of personnel and cargo, but also as a chassis for 20-30 mm anti-aircraft automatic guns. Many special vehicles were created on the basis of this chassis - mobile radio stations, ambulances, various workshops, buses and others. Various types of wooden and wood-metal bodies with different side heights, with benches and awnings, numerous versions of rectangular standard vans, tanks, fire equipment were mounted on the chassis.
