Mercedes Benz Vito 2000, central lock does not work. There is a remote control for the additional lock control module, but the doors do not lock or open. This video shows a detailed diagnosis of the Mercedes Benz Vito comfort unit, number 410 215 010 001. The diagnostics were performed using the Launch X-431 EasyDiag multi-brand scanner and the MT Pro digital oscilloscope motor tester. The control unit failed for an unknown reason and was replaced with a Chinese SIGMA SM R40 module with a radio control function for door locks from a key fob.
