It's always rented and the margin seems to be much higher than traditional rental. So I was tempted to invest and decided to study the subject in more depth. Then I changed my mind. And today I'm going to explain the three main reasons. The third is the main one. But first I need to outline a few points! 01- I know that you can make a lot of money with real estate, especially if you do subdivisions or large-scale construction, and let the buyer finance directly with your construction company. But that is not the case here. This analysis does not involve real estate development or subdivision. 02- I also did not analyze the leasing of commercial properties. I focused on residential properties. 03- This does not include owning a home, which I see as a liability and not an investment. 04- I may change my mind one day, in case you are watching this video in the future —- Reason 01: cash flow in weak currency, Argentina's issue Reason 02: legal uncertainty, offshore holdings are no longer what they used to be and fear of losing properties due to debts arising from other ventures, risk of tax reform, contradictory judgments by the Supreme Court Reason 03: population density —- So I started researching other countries that are not so affected by these problems.
