It is very common for children with ASD – Autism Spectrum Disorder, intellectual disability or some cases of ADHD to have problems associated with school life, such as not being able to stay in the classroom for long periods of time. This is a behavior that causes problems not only for the child themselves, but also for the micro-society that is established in the school environment. Behavior can be divided into three elements: the antecedent, the response (the behavior itself) and the consequence. Much of behavioral therapy involves solving the problem by remodeling behavior.
