This time, I visited 'Seongseo Noodles', a noodle restaurant located on 'Daegu Dalseo-gu Seongseo-ro'. There are many noodle restaurants in the noodle alley of Seongseo Industrial Complex. Seongseo Noodles, along with Ihwa Noodles, is a noodle restaurant that is loved by many people, and people line up to eat there every day of the week, except for Sundays, which are holidays. The menu consisted of two items: Janchi Guksu and Bibim Guksu, and the table turnover was very fast. The basic amount of noodles when ordered was enormous, but they were very generous and did not charge extra for ordering a large portion. The noodles themselves were not hot, perhaps because they poured broth on the chewy noodles rinsed in cold water. There may be some who like or dislike that part, and since Janchi Guksu's broth is very strong, those who dislike the fishy taste may also like or dislike it. I personally liked the strong broth of Janchi Guksu, and the Bibim Guksu was also very sweet and spicy. In particular, the generous amount of gomyeong was the best. I visited during a late lunch and waited for the customers to decrease, but the customers kept coming for over an hour, so I think it was too greedy of me to film quietly.
