We got our hands on the brand new Porsche Taycan Turbo GT and it will be going up against one of the kings of Carwow racing – the Ferrari SF90! And that’s not all, we’ve also thrown in a Yamaha R1M to make things more interesting, right? Time to compare these 3 vehicles. Let’s start with the Porsche, it’s powered by two electric motors that produce a combined 789hp and 1,240Nm! However, when you engage launch control, the power output increases to 1,034hp! It weighs in at 5,365lbs and costs around £186,000 new. Next to it, we have the Yamaha R1M. It’s powered by a 1.0-litre, 4-stroke petrol engine that can produce 200hp and 113Nm. This power is sent to the rear wheel only and without the driver, it weighs just 448lbs. It costs just £24,666 new. And finally, we have the almighty SF90. It features a twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 paired with three electric motors. Together, they produce 1,000bhp and 800Nm! That power is sent to all four wheels via an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission, and it weighs in at around 1,670kg. It’s easily the most expensive car here, costing around £376,000 new. It’s going to be very close, but can you pick a winner?! There’s only one way to find out for sure… RACE!
