About :

Paweł Piechowski has been involved in pottery since childhood, continuing the family tradition. He is the fourth generation of potters in his family. He learned pottery techniques from his father, who inspired him with his passion. His studio is located in Czarna Wieś Kościelna – a village with a three-hundred-year-old pottery tradition. Mr. Paweł specializes in creating gray ceramics (characteristic of Czarna Wieś Kościelna), biscuit and brown-decorated ceramics. His works can be viewed daily in the home gallery, which the potter arranged by his studio on the Folk Handicraft Trail.
