About :

Vlad Liteanu continues the business started by his parents in 1998, LITARH - wooden houses, a small factory of timberframe houses in Bucovina, in full expansion. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Wood Engineering from Brașov and of the course of Passive House Designers, he has done many projects abroad and has a very good command of all the technology of designing and making houses on a wooden structure. What I personally appreciated a lot about Vlad, in addition to his passion and fundamental knowledge for wood, is his conscientiousness, desire for permanent development, acceptance of constructive feedback and acceptance of mistakes as part of the continuous learning process. We held joint experience exchange workshops on integrated design, on 3D design steps and technological flow, to find the best cost-performance solutions in making passive timberframe houses easier to make and, above all, financially accessible on the domestic market.
