He received the nickname Srbin in the summer of 1991 when he crossed the border with three friends and joined the defense of Vukovar. He was a member of the legendary 4th Opatovac Battalion of the 3rd A Brigade of the National Guard Corps, which was trained by the special forces of Generals Rosa and Filipović. This unit was the pillar of Vukovar's defense, and its members were deployed throughout the Vukovar municipality, and at the beginning of the battle for Vukovar in all parts of the city. Srbin was deployed to defend Borovo naselje, where he fought under the command of the legendary Blago Zadra. On one occasion, Blago let him go home, not knowing that this meant going to Serbia. Upon arriving in Serbia, Dujmović was arrested. However, due to a combination of circumstances, he escaped and returned to Blago Zadra, who said that he had never seen a greater madman in his life. Dujmović defended Vukovar until October 4, 1991, when he was seriously wounded. That same month, he was evacuated from the besieged city in a Doctors Without Borders convoy. 00:00 BAM, BAM, BAM 00:31 Introduction 03:56 I was born in Serbia 09:30 Going to war in Croatia 21:32 Training with General Rosa 27:37 First actions and the beginning of the battle 41:42 Blago Zadro - the greatest hero of the war 44:12 Leaving for Serbia 53:41 Arrest and escape 1:09:57 Tanks on Trpinjska 1:16:50 Death of Petar Šinković 1:28:12 Rescuing a Serbian soldier 1:38:12 Getting out of the hell of Vukovar 1:54:42 The fate of Vojvodina Croats in the war
