In the 1980s, as a young person, I took some photos of the railways, which were still very much alive at the time. I was particularly impressed by the use of steam locomotives by the German Reichsbahn. You can see photos of the routes: Zwickau-Johanngeorgenstadt, Zwickau-Falkenstein, Glauchau-Rochlitz, Wolkenstein-Niederschmiedeberg, Schlettau-Crottendorf. Unfortunately, I didn't write down the exact dates at the time, so the time and place can only be roughly determined. Nevertheless, I think it's good to still have these memories.
