What if we stopped seeing disruptions in our educational and professional paths as failures, and started seeing them as deviations from authentic life experiences? Esther DJOSSA is a young activist specializing in youth engagement. A senior technician in cultural action at the Ministry of Sports, she is a dynamic woman who works for the participation of young people in decision-making bodies. As the global spokesperson for the Francophone Youth Parliament, she participates in meetings of parliamentarians of the Francophonie to bring the voice of young people to the bodies of the International Organization of the Francophonie.
