Since 2018, APDRA in Madagascar has decided to improve the way in which fish farming advisory facilitators, also known as Animateurs Conseillers piscicoles, are mobilized to increase the number of farmers who can raise fish to promote this sector. Since then, they have been implementing the “joint solution-finding” approach, developed by the GERDAL group. This approach allows for joint solutions to be found, based on what producers say and placing them as key actors in bringing about change, in the face of problems that hinder the development of fish farming in their areas. This short film explains the details of this approach. So, watch it carefully!
