I wanted to make a video about the importance of stories in our lives. We shape our reality through stories. All religious narratives and wisdom traditions have traditionally been dressed up in the form of stories. Stories evoke emotions and easily stick in people's minds. If your friend asks you: “How are you?”, your mind immediately builds a story about recent events in your life, the perspective of which is you yourself. I have talked a lot in my videos about the importance of the subconscious and words, as well as the expressive power of the mind. The stories through which we shape our reality largely determine how we see ourselves and our life situations. I have taken a short break from dealing with spiritual themes because I have wanted to integrate everything I have learned. Perception of reality is one of the most essential tools on the journey of spiritual growth. Are you a reactive traveler in your own life, or do you take responsibility for your own reactions and feelings? We cannot always choose what happens to us, but we can always choose how we react to it. What kind of story are you telling yourself, or what kind of story are you in right now? Do you experience adversity as opportunities for growth, or do you get discouraged by it? Are you happy with your story, or is it more of a suffering drama? What if you could change your own story at any time? You know that you are the scriptwriter of your own story? You can always determine the perspective on the events of your story, and even change your story in the direction you want. Why are empathy and forgiveness such key tools for changing your perception of the world around you, and what do we need shadow work for? How do we start building the story of your life? We will dive into these themes in my recent video! You can support my channel: ????
