Tarpon 9.9 + X-River Rocky 395. A little background.... The motor was bought new in Krasnodar, last year, in the most praised (in a good way) store motorka.pro. Boat X-River Rocky 395 ndvd. The motor was first tuned in the store service, the first start and fine-tuning, then I ran it in according to all the rules. After the run-in, a speed test was carried out, the boat without spacers on the transom went 29-30 km / h (load 200 kg, which I always maintained in further tests). Then the motor was taken to the first maintenance in motorka.pro, they made adjustments and adjusted the ignition. But after maintenance there was no increase in speed, but after installing a 3.5 cm spacer on the transom, the speed increased to about 31-32 km / h, which is also not much, considering the reviews from forums of other owners of the same boat and a similar motor, the speed was 40-42 km / h. Then a deflection of the bottom was detected, the boat was repaired under warranty at the native production in St. Petersburg and the kit already went 33-34 km / h. Empirically, the trim is determined for 1 hole, it went best, and in the future, the parameters and settings were saved in all tests. Since X-River recorded a video for me with tests of my boat, also 200 kg load, but the Hidea 9.9 motor (15, 246 cc) and the speed was 36-37 km / h, it was decided to achieve at least such results. Now the motor mileage is about 10 engine hours after running-in. ...but unfortunately, after GUSAR service, the kit reduced the speed from 34 to 31 km/h, there is underspin...although I expected the opposite result.
