Nitro Bomb-kun is the man behind the scenes at Tokai On Air, but of course he's not helping out because he's bored. In fact, he has a contract for it as a job. For now, Tokai On Air only has Nitro-kun and another shadowy man behind the scenes, but when it comes to top overseas YouTubers, they apparently have proper "filming teams" and "editing teams," and the scale of those teams is comparable to that of TV. I don't think Tokai On Air will be like that anytime soon, but in the future, they may become a group that takes more and more time to create videos that are laborious and time-consuming as "works." At the very least, I want to be a creator who says, "I can do that kind of thing too." But then, where should we hire staff from? The biggest hurdle for people working for Tokai On Air is "moving to Okazaki City"...
