Today I would like to describe to you what I felt and experienced when I let go for the very first time. Because up until then I had never believed in such things or had any understanding of them. That changed my belief in myself and what we are. Because today I can sit at a table with my ex-wife without any resentment and talk to her freely and without reservation, without my voice changing or my pulse racing. That is a gift because when you can meet people like that it is incredibly liberating. I wish you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ the deepest peace, joy and health ????????
