Today I will tell you how, in my opinion, you should choose an engine for a go-kart. I will tell you what to look for when choosing one and why, in my opinion, the easiest and best choice is a Honda GX 200 clone (or Honda GX 150). It doesn't matter if it's an original or a Lifan, Loncin, or something else fake. Such an engine is usually complete (including exhaust, starter, air filter) and you don't have to mess around with it. Just put on a clutch or a RPM converter and that's it - it works. Practically plug'n'play :) But still, a gx engine is not perfect. It has flaws, and quite a few of them. I also talk about them in this episode.
