English: Photographic trekking allows you to photograph landscapes, hills, mountains, sea, cultivated fields, woods, panoramas, rivers, lakes, animals, flowers. I wanted to take a walk in nature, not very demanding and hoping for some interesting shots. The day was good, one of those spring days with soft sunshine and a light mist in the valley that should have disappeared with the first light of dawn, and that instead increased until it became annoying. I walked continuously changing the program of the day and the subjects to photograph but, inevitably, the wide panoramas were afflicted by the presence of increasingly dense mist. Not even the polarizer could have solved it. In these cases there is little to do, go back or enjoy the moment anyway. In fact the place was worth it, even for minimal shots. I took some panoramas, trees, flowers, and then I entered an oak grove just thinned out by the felling and I met interesting subjects, perhaps not very photographic, but that enrich the walk. The two subjects that struck me most were those sandstone banks, evidence that that area was once invaded by the sea, and that little tree of heather in bloom, in addition of course to the two long tree-lined roads with still bare oaks. Photography aside, it was a positive day in the open air that we should dedicate ourselves to every now and then without the frenzy of taking and necessarily bringing home beautiful photos. Days like this happen, the ideal is to take advantage of them to slow down, pay attention to the landscape and perhaps discover some interesting subject to rephotograph in better light conditions. TIPS It's not easy to predict such dense fog days. Weather forecasts can help, experience too, because when the first sunny days warm the still cold territory, humidity rises in the atmosphere and changes the whole landscape. Of course, in autumn/winter the mists create atmosphere, but if you are looking for clear days you must always take into account the temperatures that, as they rise, can cause fog, the formation of clouds, sometimes very large, and storms. The polarizer can help, but it doesn't work miracles. The important thing is to wear comfortable trekking shoes, not bring very heavy clothing, don't forget a water bottle, but above all bring a power bank, especially to recharge your phone when needed.
