According to Tímea Piroska, change is not only necessary, but an essential part of life, even if it is sometimes scary. In addition to our internal resistances and the desire for security, there is still the desire to change successfully if we have to. He wants to give us practical tools to recognize our fear of change, tame it, and put it at the service of change - all while feeling safe. Tímea Piroska has been training adults for twenty-three years: initially as an English teacher, she worked with managers of multinational companies to overcome "speak anxiety", then she participated in complex development processes as a trainer and coach. A coach certified by the International Coaching Association, he is currently pursuing his master's degree in psychology in England. She runs several businesses, and in "civilian life" she is a mother of three children (two rogues, one princess). In his presentation, he looks for the answer to why someone can change - and why others cannot, and whether willpower and perseverance are enough to steer our lives in a different direction.
