Weinheim is a medium-sized town in the northwest of Baden-Württemberg. It is located about 18 km north of Heidelberg and about 15 km northeast of Mannheim on the Badische Bergstrasse in the European Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. Weinheim is the largest town in the Rhine-Neckar district and has been a large district town since April 1, 1956. Because of its two landmarks, the Windeck ruins and the Wachenburg, it is nicknamed the "Two Castles Town". Until 1803, Weinheim was part of the then dissolved Electorate of the Palatinate; linguistically, the Weinheim local dialect Woinemerisch belongs to the Electorate of the Palatinate dialects. #Weinheim #Germany #Walk #History #4K Thanks for watching and see you next time! ????????
