The DEFI conducted a traceability pilot for the clothing sector between 2020 and 2022, as part of the Fashion & Luxury Sector Strategic Committee. This project revealed that, to succeed in a traceability approach, it is essential to clarify the internal organization of data. This includes centralizing the information needed to effectively question subcontractors. The implementation of an ERP is a key step in this approach. In this context, the DEFI commissioned the IFTH to map the tools and solution providers best suited to the textile and clothing industry. This webinar shares best practices, identifies pitfalls to avoid for SMEs and mid-caps, and provides an initial assessment of the necessary investments (human, materials, recurring costs, etc.). A "public" version of the map is available on the DEFI website. The full version is reserved for companies liable and up to date with the DEFI tax at the following address: [email protected]. If you are a company not liable for the tax or a consultant wishing to access the full version, do not hesitate to also contact DEFI at the following address: [email protected]. Access to the study will however be subject to a fee.
