The Water Agency and the DREAL presented the PBACC as part of the 1-hour webinar series to understand and act. A focus was made on the presentation of the tool for characterizing the vulnerability of territories. Faced with the acceleration of the consequences of climate change on water resources and aquatic environments, this new plan defines the strategy that the Basin Committee brings to the attention of all water stakeholders so that they strengthen their mobilization and implement solutions that meet the challenges. This webinar provides keys to knowing which concrete actions to implement, according to what degree of priority and level of effort, and in line with the level of vulnerability of territories to the effects of climate change. It also sets 30 collective challenges to amplify the transition to action and is accompanied by a tool for characterizing the vulnerability of territories.
