During this webinar given by the Conseil de l'innovation du Québec and the Réseau québécois en innovation sociale (RQIS) on October 15, 2024, the following topics were discussed: -Presentation of a survey analyzing 48 social innovation projects in Quebec. -Discussion on key indicators for identifying social innovation, including the vitality of the field of practice, the number of projects per region, and measuring the impact of social innovation. -Identification of 10 main themes in social innovation projects, with a focus on ecological transition, food security, education, health, and governance. -Analysis of the alignment of projects with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), noting a correlation with the objectives of good health and well-being, quality education, and partnerships for the achievement of the objectives. -Observation of project funding sources, indicating a predominance of provincial funding.
