This could be a definition of Environmental History, a field well known by Manuel González de Molina, historian, multidisciplinary researcher and public policy advisor for the development of agroecology. Manuel is a professor of History at the Pablo de Olavide University in Seville, where he coordinates the Laboratory of History of Agroecosystems, and founder of the think tank for the food transition Alimentta. He was General Director of Organic Agriculture of the Junta de Andalucía between 2004 and 2008. ????
