#GIETHOORN #SAILING #ACCIDENTS In this vlog you will see that we visit the beautiful fortified town of Hattum and we have a nice mooring. The dogs can still go wild and get rid of their energy before we go out again. And our Vlogging Destination is Giethorn. I have never been there before so I have to visit this world famous village. I am not really into mass tourism, but I have heard from people that it is quite quiet there now and the time for Kees to explore Giethoorn with the VB003. On the way we almost get stuck on a lake because the shipping channel did not follow properly. Fortunately we were able to quickly return to deeper water. We moor in Giethoorn along the canal. It is quite busy there with boats and we have plenty to see. We hoist the VB003 into the water and enter the beautiful area. You will see in the vlog that this was a unique experience, because we were almost the only ones. The next day we sail further through the Weerribben-Wieden area. Because the boat is so high, we have a beautiful view of the area. We stop at Ossenzijl along the canal. A great mooring spot with a view of the vast meadows. My computer had crashed and with the help of the Apple help center it fortunately works again and I can work on the vlog again. In the next vlog you will see that we visit Langweer and Sneek!
