Maraz Ali (Mehmet Akif Alakurt) is the leader of the biggest criminal gang in Istanbul. Looking from the outside, Maraz Ali appears to be the owner of an open-top car wash in Ulus, Istanbul where five or six cars can be washed at the same time, but in reality, he carries out eighty percent of all thefts, pickpockets and robberies in the city with his specially trained staff.
