Our Opel Astra H 1.6 engine vehicle came with the help of a tow truck. The piston of the vehicle was broken, the piston rod was bent and we carried out the engine rectification. When the vehicle first arrived, an incredibly strange situation was that the Opel Astra engine was running and giving off strange smoke. The vehicle's timing set, crank arm bearing, main bearing, transmission section, oil leaks, and synchronization adjustment must be done with the apparatus. This engine, which is called 1.6 xer engine, is a developed version of the XEP engine and we see it in Astra H, Astra J and Insignia vehicles. The old generation XEP engine was in vehicles called Astra G, Astra H and Vectra C.
