The Umbreit Group asked us again if we would like to do a shift with Steve during the beet harvest this time. We just had to do it. On the one hand, Steve is a very relaxed and interested guy and on the other hand, we wanted to know what is behind such a beet harvest. We saw and learned a lot. On the one hand, we wanted to know how the drivers find the right clusters? What can a beet mouse do and what do you get out of such a beet? We got a few answers to this from Südzucker in Zeitz. Mr. Ulrich gave us a few minutes of his valuable time. All in all, this day impressed me. I could never have imagined the quantities that are moved here in such a season. Our thanks go to the Umbreit Group and its driver Steve. You can find more information about the Umbreit Group on Facebook and Instagram under Umbreit.Group. We would also like to thank Christian Ulrich from Südzucker in Zeitz for the opportunity to let us stop by. If you would like to know more about this, you can find more videos on YouTube under Südzucker. More information is also available on Facebook and Instagram under Südzucker.
