The series dedicates three chapters to the French Way. In this first part, the route starts at the Somport pass (Huesca), the oldest entrance through the Pyrenees, passes through Jaca (Huesca) and the monastery of San Juan de la Peña from where you enter Navarre through Sanguesa. And it reaches Puente la Reina where this Aragonese Way joins the Navarrese Way that begins in Roncesvalles. After visiting Pamplona, the routes unite, reaching Estella, to end in Logroño (La Rioja).
