There are many calices in Veľká Fatra. However, most of them do not have a variety of species, it is not possible to place a camera trap there, the animals are active mainly at night, or they are places that do not impress me aesthetically. However, this calice met my requirements and had the prerequisites for the creation of interesting images, and therefore I placed a camera trap here at the end of April, which was on the site until the beginning of December. I was pleased with the first inspection at this location as it produced some nice shots on the snow and it only got worse later on. May and June mainly belonged to the bears, who came here regularly, almost every day. During autumn, of course, there was a slight decrease in the number of daily videos, as the days were getting shorter, but despite this, a few nice shots were managed. It was interesting to watch during the year how the animals use even a few drops of water to drink and refresh themselves. However, due to the drought, there has been a problem with water in recent years even in the mountains, and even in this place there were days when the calice was completely dry. Water is a natural jewel and it is not for nothing that where there is water - there is life. Turn up the volume to full and enjoy the natural behavior of the animals captured with the Browning camera trap.
