Girl Nastya (10-12) and her younger brother Misha (7) are going on summer vacation to their grandmother in the village. But the joy of the upcoming vacation is overshadowed by the fact that their parents are going to get divorced. Nastya persuades her parents to let them go to their grandmother alone so that they can implement their cunning plan and get lost on the way. The girl expects that their parents, frightened by their disappearance, will start looking for them and get back together. Nastya and Misha are ready to go on vacation to their grandmother, but the upcoming trip is overshadowed by the news of their parents' divorce.
