https://www.ersatzteilshop.de/?t=yt Hello everyone, in this video we devote ourselves intensively to troubleshooting when your washing machine gets stuck in the program. Unfortunately, the termination of a program or a program that doesn't want to end can be triggered by many different things. Therefore, it is particularly difficult to be specific here. For this very reason, in the video we show you the most common options for aborted or stopped program sequences of washing machines. In addition, of course, we also have a separate repair guide for you. Here we highlight all the potential weak points in washing machines and give tips on repairing a wide variety of defects. You can see more about this here: https://www.ersatzteilshop.de/reparat... But now one thing at a time... 1. Does your washing machine get stuck in the program right at the beginning of the spin cycle or does it simply abort it? This is one of the most common cases. When the spin program of your washing machine is started, most washing machines now also check for any "imbalances". If such an imbalance is detected, the washing machine will abort the program if in doubt. This problem usually originates from the shock absorbers or springs in the detergent container. We have filmed these two tutorials for you... • Spring detergent container washing machine ta... • Video But unevenly distributed or overly large items of laundry can also lead to imbalance and thus to the program being aborted. 2. It is always worth taking a look at the motor and in particular at the motor carbon brushes. If these are worn, it can happen that the washing drum keeps turning, but not properly. In this situation, the washing machine program then gets stuck. The washing machine keeps trying to turn the drum, but due to the worn motor carbon brushes, it just doesn't work. We have also prepared a short video for this: • Replacing the motor carbon brushes in the washing machine - ... 3. After the motor carbon brushes, we now look at the water inlet. Are the water inlet nozzles in the detergent tray blocked or is the solenoid valve or water inlet valve broken? Both causes would have the same effect. The washing machine simply cannot progress in the program. This video will definitely help you here: • Repairing the solenoid valve on a washing machine... 4. From the solenoid valve we now come to the pressure switch. The pressure switch on your washing machine reports the water levels in the detergent container to the control electronics and thus indirectly regulates the program sequence. If this delivers incorrect values or no values, this can also lead to the program being aborted. Here you can see more about the pressure switch: • Pressure switch, pressure switch on a washing machine... 5. If everything is OK up to this point, then we'll look at the drain. Are there any blockages in the drainage system? This research can be quite complex, so we have a special video for you here: • Checking a blocked hose or pump 6. Last but not least, we should now slowly think about the control electronics. If all of the previous topics didn't work, then this electronics may be defective and is causing the washing machine to simply get stuck in the program. Here you should follow the tips in this video. We should now have discussed the most common issues related to washing machine programs breaking down. We hope that with the help of this video you can get to the root of the problem and that you can use your washing machine without restrictions again after repairs. So, let's get to work!!!
