Dough: 50 dkg fine flour (BL 55) 20 dkg butter or margarine 2.5 dkg fresh yeast (with baking powder 7g) 8 dkg powdered sugar 1 egg (L) 1 dl lukewarm milk approx. grated lemon peel pinch of salt Filling: Nuts: 12 - 14 tbsp. apricot jam 16 dkg ground walnuts 8 dkg powdered sugar Mákos: 6 - 7 tbsp. plum jam 8 dkg ground poppy seeds 4 dkg powdered sugar Baking: bottom + top at 180 degrees for approx. 30 minutes. Size of my baking tray: approx. 23 x 35 cm. Chocolate on top: 20 dkg white chocolate + 5 dkg milk chocolate. Sunflower oil can be used to thin the chocolate if it is too thick.
