Recipe for Thermomix® TM6, TM5, TM31: 300 g whole milk 1 tsp sugar 1/2 cube of yeast 200 g walnuts 500 g wheat flour 550 1 heaped tsp salt 25 g oil Put 300 g whole milk, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 cube of yeast and 200 g walnuts in the mixing bowl. 4 minutes / 37°C / reverse rotation - level 2 Leave to rest in a closed pan for 20 minutes. Add 500 g wheat flour 550, 1 heaped teaspoon of salt and 25 g oil. My tip: If you want the bread to stay fresh longer: add an additional 10 g apple fiber (see list of recommendations below) and 40 g water. 4 minutes / dough level Leave to rest in a closed pan for 20 minutes. After the rising time, pull the dough onto a floured work surface and fold it 2-3 times. Then roll it into a round shape and make it oval. Brush a Roman pot with baking release agent and place the bread dough in it, dust with flour and cut several times. Put the lid on, place in the COLD oven and leave to rise for a further 20 minutes. Now there are two options: Either 190°C fan oven on the 2nd rack from the bottom OR 210°C top/bottom heat on the lowest rack. After 50 minutes of baking, remove the lid and bake for another 10 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
