How many times have we asked ourselves if it was possible to find fulfillment and happiness in the context of work? The time we dedicate to our work is significant, a full third of our days, so it is inevitable that unhappiness in the workplace spills over into our everyday life. Jessica Barbieri, a 31-year-old who grew up in the Ferrara countryside, wants to show us that the happiness-work balance can become a tangible reality. Even in an era in which many certainties seem to have vanished, she has chosen to pursue her own dream, not that of others, demonstrating that achieving happiness through work is not just a utopia: sometimes an alarm clock is enough. Jess was born in the small town of Consandolo in 1992. After spending her childhood in Ferrara she moved to Milan to pursue a “standard” career. However, at the age of 24, after graduating with a degree in Marketing, she decided to change her life and now accompanies group travels around the world, creates online content and above all, wakes up with a smile.
