Chuguji Temple is located next to Horyu-ji Temple in Ikaruga Town, Nara Prefecture. It was actually founded in a different location. This site, designated as a historic site, has seen Japan's first discovery during excavation work, as well as revealing what Chuguji Temple looked like at the time!
