Discord server: / discord _____________________________________________________________________________________________ Manor Lords is a real-time tactics and construction game set in Franconia in the late 14th century. The aim of the game is to build a medieval settlement and defend it against attacks. The game has been available in Early Access via Steam for Windows PCs since April 26, 2024. Manor Lords combines a real-time construction and war game. While you initially expand your settlement and collect resources or buy or sell them through trade, you then use the resources to produce weapons and recruit an army from the city's population (this works according to the militia system - villagers are only under arms in times of war and are therefore absent from their civilian role until demobilization). This army can then be used to conquer further territories or to fend off attacks on your own settlement. By satisfying the needs of individual population levels, these can be further developed and enable further production chains to be unlocked. In addition to game, wild berries and classic crops, you can also supply the population via orchards. In a historically correct manner, you collect various types of taxes (e.g. tithes) and can switch agriculture to three-field farming (soil degradation is part of the game concept).
