NR10 Course with 20% discount ➽ https://eletr.co/nr10?utm_content=yt1... ------ Hey my dears, the day has come to run the cables to connect the sockets and reflectors in the shed! In today's video we will show you how the cables were run inside the galvanized conduits that we used to make the infrastructure shown in the previous episode. Check if you are subscribed here on the channel, activate the notification bell, leave a like before you leave, and let's go to class! Guys, as you saw in the first episode of the project, each warehouse has its own distribution panel, but the main warehouse has a larger panel, as it will serve as the primary panel, while the smaller warehouse will be a secondary panel! In both warehouses, we will have 2 lighting circuits, due to the sum of the reflector loads, we will also have 2 socket circuits, one single-phase 127V and the other two-phase 220V, and in the main warehouse there is also a provision for a three-phase industrial socket, which was a requirement of the client for specific use of some portable equipment that they have there. It is worth remembering that the warehouses are currently used for material storage. Logically, the power supply branch was not sized according to the current load, which is very low. We kept the power supply for the warehouses with the 50mm² aluminum cable, which is equivalent in current carrying capacity to the 35mm² copper cable, precisely to be able to deliver the full load capacity of the standard, in case we need to use it in the future, which was also a requirement of the client to leave everything ready, understand? Let's get to work then! Great so far, right guys? But don't worry, we won't stop here! Share this episode with people interested in electricity, click on this crooked arrow here and send it to their WhatsApp, it's a success! Because so far we've only run the cables for one of the warehouses! Now it's time to speed up the warehouse next door, the guys filmed a little bit of the infrastructure that was made with one and a half inch conduit for the power supply to the panel, where we'll run the 35mm² copper cables to later connect to the 50mm² aluminum overhead branch. The most interesting thing is that Brener has been practicing a different activity to be able to make support for this work. The boy learned how to weld and with that he already debuted the new welding machine that arrived for us, check out more about how this service went. Ok ok so far my dears, did you see what a top welding inverter? In addition to being small, it is super light and on top of that it is bivolt, a helping hand! If you want to know more information about this model, hang in there because at the end of the class I will leave the direct link to the website of our partner super pro, and I will also tell you about the discount coupon from engehall for you to use there, because now we will continue the infrastructure, now with 1 inch ducts as I showed in the project, and we will also see how the cables were passed, but now from the main warehouse. Let's see... But next, on this day I still haven't been able to pass the 35 cables of the power supply branch and connect them to the 50mm aluminum, we will fit that in a next episode when closing the panel and such. And speaking of the next episode, let's see how the grounding system was done upon arrival at the warehouse. We did a TN-CS system again, that is, the neutral is grounded from the standard through the aluminum branch and when we got to the panel, we stuck 3 more rods and interconnected them to the neutral and ground busbars, equipotentializing everything that was possible, including our aluminum infrastructure, as you've already seen, being grounded at some inspection points there! Now comment below what you think of the series, use the hashtag #diretodaobracomaengehall and write what you think in front of it, because I want to read it. Take advantage and click on that crooked arrow up here and share this episode with your friends, after all, as I said, the gang likes to see our team getting their hands dirty, right!
