"You won't get very far with it in winter!" We wanted to know exactly and drove the new VW e-up! in everyday life at low outside temperatures. How much electricity does the heating cost me, how does winter affect the charging performance? We tried all of this out in the 2020 e-up!. At the end of November we were already able to drive the revised version of the e-up! in warm Spain, but at a comfortable battery temperature of 20 degrees. Here the e-up! shone with a range of well over 200 kilometers and an average consumption that settled almost perfectly on the WLTP value of 14.9 kWh per 100 kilometers. Things look a little different in winter.
