VOLLEYBALL FOR BEGINNERS: PASSING AND DELIVERING THE BALL EXERCISES brings classroom situations with the objective of developing and creating the habit in students of the need for the ball to be delivered well. The delivery, or support, of the ball is that situation in which the ball comes from the opponent in a relatively comfortable way, predictable for our team. However, it requires great care in its execution, as it directly interferes in the sequence of the construction of the team's offensive play. Therefore, factors such as the height and the area of the court where the ball should be directed must be trained to exhaustion so that the quality of the ball delivery is the best possible and, consequently, the entire construction of the offensive play is facilitated. #volleyball #volleyball #volleyball Related videos: 6 HEADLINE DRILLS FOR VOLLEYBALL • 6 HEADLINE DRILLS FOR VOLLEYBALL TEACHING VOLLEYBALL: 4 BLOCKING DRILLS FOR BEGINNERS • TEACHING VOLLEYBALL: 4 BLOCKING DRILLS FOR BEGINNERS • TEACHING VOLLEYBALL: 4 BLOCKING DRILLS FOR BEGINNERS • TEACHING VOLLEYBALL: INTRODUCTION TO DROP-DOWN IN VOLLEYBALL • TEACHING VOLLEYBALL: INTRODUCTION TO DROP-DOWN IN VOLLEYBALL TEACHING VOLLEYBALL: 5 ATTACKING DRILLS FOR BEGINNERS • TEACHING VOLLEYBALL: 5 ATTACKING DRILLS FOR BEGINNERS
