E-mail: [email protected] Homemade omelette: I whisk 8 egg yolks of the best quality (homemade, organic). I add two packets of vanilla sugar or vanilla to the yolks. I mix and add two 30% whipping cream. I mix and gradually add condensed milk (I usually only add vanilla, but this time I added less than half of vanilla and half of caramel). I mix it all and add a little milk depending on the density. Finally, I gradually add rum, taste and add until the omelette is just the right balance of taste ????
