Brie and cranberry wreath Ingredients: -Yeast dough -Cranberry jam -Brie -egg -nuts -dried cranberries Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place one good-sized bowl on a baking sheet. Cut triangles from the puff pastry and place the edges of the triangle on the bowl with the pointed end facing out. Make a whole circle on top of the bowl and the second layer in the same way. It arises like the sun. Now put the cranberry jam on the dough resting on the edge of the bowl. Then cut the right pieces of brie and place them on top of the jam. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and chopped walnuts. Remove the bowl. Pin the tips of the triangles inwards and you will have a round wreath. Secure the tops properly so they don't come loose in the oven. Brush the wreath with egg and put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Hasselback potatoes Ingredients: Baby potatoes Sour cream Chives Black caviar Olive oil Boil the potatoes for a short time (but do not boil them soft!!!). Cool the potatoes and cut the potatoes into thin wedges. The finer the strands, the better. Be careful not to cut the potato. Put the potatoes in a mold and pour plenty of olive oil and season with salt. Put in the oven until the potatoes are golden and crispy. Serve with cold sour cream and black caviar. Sprinkle generously with chopped fresh chives. Tapas platter. Choose the ingredients you like, different salamis and hams. Add grapes and pear or apple. Choose 3-5 different cheeses and cut them into good pieces. Serve with cheese jam (e.g. fig jam or apricot jam is suitable) Garnish with fresh herbs such as thyme and rosemary. You can also add olives and crackers or chips to the same plate, I didn't have enough and served them separately :) Langostinos Ingredients: Boiled langostinos Mayonnaise/alioli Lemon Langostinos can be fried in a pan or served cold. Serve with mayonnaise and lemon wedges.
