Hello! I planned to give birth naturally but ended up having a C-section. Here is the delivery bag list that I took at the postpartum care center! There are a lot of things to pack, but I hope you pack them well so that you have a smooth delivery! ???? Items that were absolutely necessary in my opinion ???? * 2 pairs of Mom's Peace of Mind panties / various sanitary pads (because I had a lot of lochia...) * Breast milk storage pack (I pumped a lot of milk because I was planning to breastfeed) * Bepanthen/Lancinol lanolin trim (I applied Bepanthen on my wounded nipples and protected them with lanolin cream) * If you're planning a C-section, scar gel or gel sheets! *Baby laundry soap (I hand washed the baby wipes) ????What I packed???? *ID/maternity record *Toiletries (Toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, etc. It's convenient to bring hand wash!) *Towels (3 are enough) *Underwear (nursing bra, nursing shirt, panties, socks with stretched necks) *Nutritional supplements *Padding vest/neck towel (because it's winter) *Compression stockings/wrist guards *Indoor slippers/outdoor slippers I brought, but I didn't need them because the shoes I wore were slippers *Tumbler, straw (I brought a straw, but I didn't use it) *Breast pump (I brought the portable breast pump I received) *Bottle brush, bottle cleaner, dishwashing sponge (used to wash the funnel, bottles, and tumbler) *Charger, power strip, iPad, mobile phone stand *5 gauze handkerchiefs *Breast milk storage bag *Nursing pads (I brought them but rarely used them) *Moms' peace of mind panties (take them with scissors) *Sanitary pads (of various sizes) *2-3 My Bidet toiletries *Wet tissues (one for the newborn, one for me) *Baby clothes, swaddles, and inner swaddles to wear when leaving the facility *Non-panthene/lanolin cream (I can order lanolin cream through Coupang) *Cicacare gel sheets (I can order them online) I think what you need to pack might be a little different for each nursing home!
