December and grey weather. A day in which it was certain that my colleague Jacques and I would go for a walk in the Brabantse Biesbosch. That area is now completely deserted. We didn't encounter a single person. It is clear that the beaver had been busy. We see impressive gnawing activities, slides, castles and in the heart of the Biesbosch the animal itself!
