Our first guest is Vladimir Ganson, a captain with thousands of nautical miles under his belt, an experienced instructor, and winner of the Russian Sailing Cup and Championship. We talked to him about how he set off for the Transatlantic with almost no preparation, the specifics of sea fishing, building radio-controlled models, what a real captain should be like, and why he considers his job to be the best in the world.
