I bear witness that you are the guardian of God and His proof on His earth, and that you are the side of God and the best of God and the repository of the knowledge of God and the knowledge of the prophets, and the pillar of faith and the interpreter of the Qur’an, and I bear witness that whoever follows you on The truth and guidance, and that whoever denies you and sets up enmity for you out of misguidance and ruin, I am innocent before Allah and you of them in this world and the hereafter, and peace be upon you as long as I remain and as long as night and day remain. O Allah, bless Muhammad and his family, and bless Muhammad ibn Ali, the pure, pious, righteous, loyal, refined, pious, the guide of the nation, the inheritor of the Imams, and the treasurer of mercy. And the fountain of wisdom, the leader of blessing, the equal of the Qur’an in obedience, the one of the guardians in sincerity and worship, Your supreme proof and Your highest example, Your beautiful word calling to You and guiding to You, whom You have appointed as a banner for Your servants, an interpreter of Your Book, a proclaimer of Your command, a supporter of Your religion, an argument over Your creation, a light by which You pierce darkness, and a model by which they are perceived. Guidance, and an intercessor through whom you may attain Paradise. O Allah, just as he took his share in his humility before You, and fulfilled his portion of Your fear, then bless him many times more than You bless a friend whose obedience You are pleased with and whose service You have accepted. Convey to him our greetings and peace, and grant us in his friendship from You bounty, kindness, forgiveness, and pleasure. Indeed, You are the Possessor of ancient favors and beautiful pardon.
