A report from the Danish Environmental Protection Agency shows that the extent of oxygen depletion in Denmark has doubled this year compared to last year. One of the worst areas is the South Funen Archipelago and the southern Little Belt. When there is oxygen depletion, it means that the bottom animals disappear, and this has the consequence that the fish also disappear from the sea.
