We concentrate particularly on the hip flexors and the outer hip muscles to prepare for our Peak Pose, a variation of Eka Pada Rajakapotasana - the King Pigeon or Mermaid Pose. Since we often flow dynamically through the movements and do intensive exercises to open the hips, the class is particularly suitable for advanced students.
