Vinyasa Flow Yoga for advanced students with Krauncasana (see thumbnail) - 1 full hour of dynamic yoga for intermediate and advanced students. In the class you will find strengthening and mobilization exercises, sun salutations and some flowing sequences with hip openings, twists, balance exercises, as well as intensive stretching for more flexibility. The peak pose is Krounchasana (the position of the heron, there are different spellings of the pose), we also do the headstand or, as an option, the forearm stand and some backbends at the end for a nicely balanced class. --------------------------------------------- ADVERTISING In this video I am wearing an outfit from the new activewear collection by Armedangels.
