The 22nd seasonal episode of Borghi d'Italia takes us to the Molise Region to discover the Municipality of Castel San Vincenzo (Isernia), a small jewel nestled at the foot of the Monti delle Mainarde. During the program we meet the mayor, the parish priest, a restaurateur, an archaeologist - tourist guide and the coordinator of the Autonomous Company for Stay and Tourism of Molise. We visit the villages, the churches, the thousand-year-old abbey of San Vincenzo, the wonderful crypt of Epifanio; we also admire nature, the lake and the large waterfalls on the Volturno river. As always, there is no shortage of traditional local dishes. Enjoy the show.
